Project Brief:

Glazing:

We see the curving slab elements and the feature columns reading as the bold sculptural bones of the building and that the glazing reads as transparent or visually minimal. Because it was shot in the morning, most purchasers had their blinds drawn so the glazing then reads as solid blocks rather than transparent.

Vegetation:

Planting plays a key role in the narrative of the building, with its proximity to the park, so we really want the balcony planters and ground floor planting to be lush. The planting/trees on either side should also assist in concealing the adjacent buildings which we want to visually recede into the background. (I’m not sure if also increasing the brightness so the sky blends the adjacent building will also help, but I trust your visual skills with this). We want the planting to be a blend between the render and what’s planted, but we still want to retain the photographic quality and realism of the images.

Colouring and lighting correction:

We want the external images to read as one cohesive narrative with the interior images.
